Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Entity: prygul (Toronto, ON, Canada)

1. Introduction & Scope

prygul (“we”, “our”, or “studio”) operates the website prygul.pro. We respect your personal privacy and comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and international data protection regulations including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two main contexts:

  • Direct Inquiries: When you contact us via email ([email protected]) or our website brief forms, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization name, and project requirements.
  • Technical Analytics & Measurement: Technical identifiers such as IP addresses, browser types, and interaction telemetry collected through server logs and site tags.

3. Google Ads Tag & Consent Mode v2

This website incorporates the Google Ads site-wide measurement tag (ID: AW-18500354503). We strictly adhere to Google Consent Mode v2:

  • Upon initial page loading, all advertising and telemetry storage parameters (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are configured to denied by default.
  • No advertising cookies or personalization trackers are activated unless you explicitly select “Accept All” on our cookie consent banner.
  • If you decline or select “Essential Only”, advertising storage remains denied. You may change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser storage or updating your consent choices.

4. Client Production Footage & Non-Disclosure

We treat all raw camera footage, audio files, scripts, and promotional assets submitted by our clients as strictly confidential proprietary material. Client media is stored on secured, encrypted drives and is accessed exclusively by personnel assigned to the specific production. We will happily execute formal bilateral NDAs prior to asset ingestion.

5. Data Retention & Security

Communication records and project invoices are retained for legal, accounting, and tax compliance purposes under Canadian law. Raw production project files are retained for thirty (30) calendar days after project approval to facilitate minor adjustments, after which raw files are permanently purged unless an archival retainer is active.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Under Canadian PIPEDA and relevant international laws, you have the right to request access to your personal information, request corrections, or request deletion of your records from our active communications database.
