1. Engagement & Scope of Services
These Terms of Service govern all post-production, commercial video editing, motion design, color grading, and audio finishing services performed by prygul for clients worldwide. By submitting a project brief or commissioning production services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Currency
All standard production packages start at 190 EUR. Base rates and itemized project invoices are issued in Euros (€ / EUR) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Custom project scopes, high-volume rushes, or enterprise retainers will be confirmed via a written statement of work prior to production commencement.
3. Payment Terms
For individual project bookings, a standard deposit of 50% is required prior to project assembly, with the remaining 50% balance due upon client approval of the final watermarked review copy. Unwatermarked master ProRes/MP4 exports are released upon full settlement of invoice amounts.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Our standard packages include two (2) consolidated rounds of feedback and revisions within the initial creative scope. Feedback must be submitted via timestamped notes or our collaborative review portal. Structural script changes, re-shoots, or modifications outside the initial brief are billed at our standard hourly production rate.
5. Intellectual Property & Commercial License
The client warrants that all raw footage, logos, audio tracks, and assets provided to prygul are owned by the client or properly licensed. Upon full and final settlement of project fees, prygul assigns full, perpetual commercial broadcasting and online distribution rights for the finished master video to the client.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
prygul will not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from schedule changes, platform distribution delays, or third-party copyright claims arising from client-supplied materials. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
